[Monitoring] We have isolated the problem and are seeing great improvement in our previously delayed queues. All delays will gradually resolve over the next few hours (mid/late-afternoon). The system is returning to normal.
We are investigating the root cause and will post an update once we know more.

[Identified] We are still investigating the root cause. We can share that webhooks look to be delayed by about 1 hour. For example, auto-emails will be delayed by this situation. We will continue to post updates throughout the day as delays persist and improve.

[Investigating] We've rolled back this morning's production release, so the date issues should subside. Anyone that already had the Zengine platform open in their browser would need to refresh the browser in order to get the rolled-back version. We are looking into the root cause.
